Six steps from conversation to delivery.
Buying a commercial truck involves a lot of decisions, but the process should not feel complicated. Here is what you can expect when you work with Matt.
Discovery Call
We'll begin with a conversation about your business, what the truck needs to carry or tow, your normal routes, desired timeline, budget, and any specific equipment or body requirements. Understanding the job first helps narrow the search to trucks that genuinely make sense.
Truck Match
Matt will identify available trucks—or incoming manufacturer inventory—that best fit your needs. You'll be able to compare specifications, configurations, pricing, availability, and the practical advantages or limitations of each option.
Walk-Around & Test Drive
Visit Rhode Island Truck Center to inspect the truck, explore its features, and take it for a test drive. Customers who cannot visit immediately can request a live video walk-around so Matt can show the truck in detail and answer questions remotely.
Financing & Trade
When you are ready to move forward, the dealership team can review financing or leasing options and collect information about any vehicle you may want to trade. Matt will help coordinate the process and explain the available structure and next steps.
Paperwork & Delivery
The dealership will prepare the paperwork, coordinate registration requirements, and ready the truck for delivery. Matt will review the truck and important documents with you so you understand the vehicle, warranty information, and support resources before taking the keys.
After the Sale
Matt remains available after delivery to help direct questions involving service, parts, warranty coverage, roadside support, or future truck needs. The relationship should continue after the truck leaves the dealership.
Ready to get started?
Whether you already know the exact truck you need or are still comparing options, the first step is a straightforward conversation.
